Located in "The City Different", as Santa Fe is so aptly called, EYECandyLoft offers a different kind of vacation experience.

The flourishing Railyard District with its art galleries and Farmers' Market is a short walk from the front door. And the vibrant heart of Santa Fe, the historic Plaza, is only a 5 minute drive or a 20 minute walk along Guadalupe, a street lined with unique shops and restaurants!

The neighborhood surrounding EYECandyLoft is totally self-contained! Whole Foods, Trader Joes, CVS, as well as numerous ethnic restaurants (including the famous"Maria's"), plus two yoga studios, a bike shop, a bike path, a park and a gym, are right around the corner. So you don't even have to venture downtown to the sometimes hectic Plaza. (But, of course, you'll want to!)

EYECandyLoft is an bright and airy, two level (1,400 sq. ft) condo -- and it's all yours! With an open floor plan, polished concrete floors and exposed wood beams this handsome space has many Santa Fe antiques and designer touches-- but with an emphasis on your comfort.
EyeCandyLoft features a 55" High Definition Smart TV with cable service. And, of course, WIFI throughout the Loft.
The space has been thoughtfully designed to be highly energy efficient with in-floor heating, airtight windows and doors and an efficient passive air flow system.
Art for Art's Sake
A unique "Artist Studio" is set up with a generous amount of free art supplies-- so you can cultivate your inner Georgia O'Keefe! Or, set up your laptop and catch up on some work. (But not too much!)

There is a full bath with shower and soaking tub on the 2nd floor and a half bath on the main floor with a small washer/dryer.
The upstairs bedroom area sleeps two in a very comfy, hotel quality king bed. There are also reading lights and plugs for your devices and a huge clothes closet! (There is also a comfortable queen sofa bed on the main floor.)
The high end appliances in the full size kitchen include a gas stove, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator with in-door filtered water dispenser and ice maker.
The double doors on the main floor open onto a spacious (and very private) deck overlooking the lush courtyard.

What an awesome condo!
This place felt just like home. Very nice -- all of it. It was clean, plenty of space, upscale appliances, wonderful master bed. . . they thought of just about everything. Very restful and close to restaurants and shopping. They even left BATH BOMBS by the tub. We would definitely go back.
